Why variable interest rate may be a better choice?
The days of long-term fixed interest rate mortgage are almost a thing of the past. We hope that the adjustment rate (floating) rate mortgage is reviewed at least semi-annually or quarterly, even during this economic crisis.

What exactly is cave tubing & is it fun?
Going to Belize and I keep hearing about cave tubing, I've also seen pictures of it & it just looks like people floating on an inflatable donut going through a dark cave. Frankly, looks boring. Tell the truth is it worth the money?
It's a total blast and unlike anything we have ever done. You jump into this lime green water and start floating through the dark eerie cave. Everything becomes strangely quiet and you get the feeling you're completely cut off from the world.
You wonder what's swimming underneath you, even though nothing ever bothered us. At some point, the guide has everyone turn off their lights and you plunge into total darkness. I didn't hear a single person in our group of 20 think it wasn't great.
I strongly recommend it. It wasn't exciting, but it was very different and fully worth the time and money.
