How to make a water balloon launcher?
Im interested in making a water balloon launcher, and ive been watching some videos on making them. it seems pretty easy but the only supply im unsure about is 20ft of Surgical Tubing. I was wonder...

I buy my summer church camp launchers from their eBay site. Safer and usually cheaper than finding the materials on your own. If you do make your own, check out a medical supply store for the surgical tubing.... It runs about $1-2 foot depending on the thickness.
